Ordering Policy


Shipping

Our standard method of shipping in the U.S. is with USPS Priority Mail which includes tracking and delivery confirmation.  Orders normally ship within three days of placing your order and should arrive within 5-8 business days.  If you require expedited shipping, we offer UPS,  FedEx 2nd day air, and overnight delivery can also be arranged.   Just select the expedited shipping option during checkout. 

International Orders

The most economic option is with First Class International Air Mail which does not offer insurance or tracking. You may choose expedited shipping via UPS or EMS (Express Mail Service) with tracking and delivery confirmation.  Please contact us for an exact price quote and to make arrangements ahead of placing your order.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns:

I offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, and should your purchase not meet your expectations, you can request an exchange (one per each transaction) or return the item for a store credit or a simple refund.   Once your item is received, unworn and in it's original condition, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 days.   Shipping fees cannot be refunded.   We ask that you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange prior to shipping the item back to us.  

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on SALE items or CUSTOM ORDERS.


IMPORTANT NOTE***

Once you place your order with us we promptly prepare your purchases for shipment and allocate inventory to allow for a smooth and timely delivery of each and every order.    As a result,  “buyers’ remorse” or a “change of heart” are not sufficient grounds for a refund or cancellation.   Please excercise good judgement before placing your order and take the opportunity to ask questions before you buy.  We are happy to respond to all inquiries.

Please make sure returns are mailed back to Regina Pierallini Designs within 14 days of receiving them to guarantee a smooth return.

We stand by the craftsmanship of our designs and inspect each piece thoroughly before it is shipped out to you.   Please use extra care when wearing and storing your new gems so they may last you for many many years.
