Shipping within the U.S. is with USPS Priority Mail which include tracking and delivery confirmation. All orders are shipped within 3 days of you placing your order and arrive within 5-7 business days in the continental United States. If you require expedited shipping, UPS or FedEx is also available, just select one of our other shipping methods during checkout.
Internationally: We will ship First Class Air Mail which does not offer any form of insurance or tracking. For international orders over $100 we strongly recommend you use either UPS or FedEx with tracking and confirmation to safeguard and guarantee your delivery. We cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged during international shipping via standard Air Mail.
Returns:
I offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, and should your purchase not meet your expectations, you can exchange or return the item(s) for a refund less shipping and processing fees. You must contact us within 3 days to alert us to any problem PRIOR to shipping the item back.
IMPORTANT NOTE***
Once you place your order with us we promptly prepare your purchases for shipment and allocate inventory to allow for a smooth and timely delivery of each and every order. As a result, “buyers’ remorse” "changing your mind" or a “change of heart” are not sufficient grounds for a refund under any circumstance. Please excercise good judgement before placing your order and take the opportunity to ask questions before you buy. We are happy to respond to any of your questions so please make sure you are ready to commit to the item you are ordering. In rare and special cases, if we approve a refund due to a cancelled order, we will charge a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping charges if appropriate.
Please make sure returns are mailed back to Regina Pierallini Designs within 3 days after receiving item. If you fail to return the item(s) in a timely fashion, we reserve the right to deny the processing of the refund.
